Perfect and magnificent location, at a short distance from Oughterard Golf Club. Found in the extremely comfortable area just off many good restaurants, western Ireland and Close to cute village.

Patricia greeted me warmly upon arrival, even though I arrived late. The room surprised me with its coziness, spotlessly clean and a comfy bed, made for great sleep. Breakfast was a standout. Her husband's homemade bread added a special touch to the Irish breakfast with a good variety-definitely worth getting up early for! The guesthouse's peaceful location, around 25 minutes from Galway, really allowed me to unwind. I did notice that the walls were quite thin, so noise could be an issue if other guests were active. There were also limited common areas to relax aside from my room. I had a good stay, but some aspects could use refinement to enhance the experience further.

Everything was immaculate, good service, unbeatable location short walk to a great thatched pub called Powers as well as the suburb of Galway. The room was beautifully maintained and new-fashioned with comfortable beds - really enjoyed it.

I was very disappointed with the lack of common areas to relax. The towels in our bathroom were not only stained but also smelled musty, which should never be the case. The walls were so thin that I could hear every conversation from the adjacent rooms.

This place is a decent option for a brief stopover in Oughterard with great value for the money. The homemade bread at breakfast was a good surprise and really added to the experience. Make sure to check out the nearby Aughnanure Castle for a nice walk.

The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and cozy, ensuring a restful night. Breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic selection, including homemade Irish soda bread and really good coffee. Patricia's warm hospitality.

The location was perfect for a quick drive to downtown Oughterard. Patricia, and we enjoyed the delicious Irish breakfast each morning. Plus, we were just minutes from Oughterard Golf Club for some family fun!

In my wife's opinion, it would be great to have more common areas for the kids to play.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Breakfast choices were varied, with delicious local options. Patricia, our host, displayed genuine warmth and attentiveness throughout our entire visit.

The hotel is nice, and has excellent wi-fi, free parking, and helpful staff. They even gave me currency tips on my first stay. I highly recommend this guesthouse and can't wait to return for another trip.

the only downside was the small breakfast area. but the ensuite bathroom was spacious, the nature sounds at night were calming, and the breakfast options were diverse. my companion highly enjoyed the bacon here.

Being only about 2 km from aughnanure castle made it super easy to take a leisurely walk to this fine landmark.
